Setting scale
Pick the Scale tool, click two points on a known dimension, and enter the real distance. Scale is saved per page because plan sets often mix sheet sizes and details.

Open the appWork Areas and measurements
Use Work Areas for scopes or locations. Measurements live inside those buckets, and phase labels can be applied to the measurement or the individual shape when the work spans stages.
Marked-up exports
Exports are generated from saved measurements. If quantities, grouping, or scale changes, download a fresh CSV or marked-up PDF before sending it out.
