What we collect
We collect the account details needed to run your workspace, uploaded plan files, saved measurements, export activity, support messages, and basic product analytics.
How we use it
We use that information to provide the takeoff workspace, keep plan files and measurements available, process billing through payment providers, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Plan and takeoff data
Uploaded plans, measurements, notes, work areas, phases, and exports are treated as customer project data. We do not sell that data.
Data deletion
Customers can request account and project data deletion through support. Some billing, tax, security, and legal records may need to be retained where required.
