Terms of Service
Last updated May 13, 2026. These terms cover use of Takeoff Tool, including plans, measurements, exports, trials, and billing.
Service
Takeoff Tool provides browser-based PDF takeoff tools for uploading plans, setting scale, measuring quantities, organizing work, and exporting takeoff files.
Customer responsibility
Users are responsible for checking plan scale, measurements, quantities, exports, bid decisions, and any work that relies on the takeoff.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
Trials require a card. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation is handled through the billing flow once payments are connected.
Project data
Users are responsible for having the right to upload and use the plans, drawings, measurements, notes, and project information they add to the product.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed. Support can review duplicate charges, billing errors, or clear service failures.
Legal operator
Takeoff Tool is operated by Stonebridge Intelligence Group LLC.
